Associate Attorney

The ideal candidate will have experience or strong interest in one or more of the following areas:

• ERISA
• Appellate Practice
• Estate Planning and Trust
• Social Security and Disability
• Real Estate Law
• Administrative Law

• Manage and develop your own caseload with oversight and mentorship
• Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, contracts, and correspondence
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Represent clients in court hearings, administrative proceedings, and depositions
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and colleagues

• J.D. from an accredited law school and member of the Alabama bar in good standing
• 1-3+ years of legal experience preferred
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to ethical practice and client focused service
