Job DescriptionWe are building North America's most advanced manufacturing facility, and our success depends on seamless coordination between commercial demand, production capability, and supply chain execution. We are looking for an analytical, systems-oriented S&OP Industrial Engineer to join our team and drive cross-functional alignment. In this role, you will have a direct impact on production flow, customer service, and profitability at a greenfield, state-of-the-art mill.

- Analyze demand forecasts, shipment history, production capacity, and supply chain constraints to optimize flow, inventory, and throughput.
- Build and evaluate what-if scenarios regarding capacity, downtime, yield loss, mix changes, and demand shifts.
- Coordinate the monthly S&OP cycle, including demand, supply, and inventory reviews, to drive alignment between commercial and operations stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators and dashboards for forecast accuracy, inventory days on hand, and capacity utilization.
- Partner with various departments to validate demand assumptions and balance service, working capital, and cost objectives.
- Maintain planning data and drive continuous improvement of planning tools, automation, and processes.
- You possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- You have at least three years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, production planning, or data analytics within a heavy manufacturing or industrial operations environment.
- You demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for modeling and data analysis.
- You bring hands-on experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- You have a solid understanding of ERP systems and how they integrate with production and financial data.
