Serv Corp is seeking a qualified Lead Logistics Analyst for a potential Supply Chain Optimization Support (SCOS) opportunity supporting the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM), Logistics Center (ALC), Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCMD).
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Position SummaryThe Lead Logistics Analyst will provide technical and analytical support for Army supply chain and logistics operations.
This position will analyze supply, demand, inventory, transportation, warehouse, and operational data to identify trends, risks, deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. The Lead Logistics Analyst will develop analytical products, reports, forecasts, metrics, and recommendations to support operational managers and Government leadership.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Army/DoD logistics operations and logistics information systems, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Lead supply chain and logistics analysis activities supporting Army operations.
- Analyze supply, demand, receipt, issue, inventory, transportation, warehouse, and customer-service data.
- Conduct data mining, statistical analysis, trend analysis, and causal analysis.
- Analyze inventory levels, inventory turnover, supply availability, excess inventory, and demand forecasts.
- Support forecasting and demand-planning activities.
- Analyze Material Requirements Planning (MRP) adherence and forecast accuracy.
- Develop descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytical products.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and enterprise-level performance metrics.
- Identify trends, operational risks, supply-chain deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop data-driven recommendations for operational managers and Government leadership.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, briefings, presentations, and analytical products.
- Analyze customer-service metrics including response times, order accuracy, issue resolution, complaints, and service tickets.
- Support quality-control and process-improvement initiatives.
- Participate in meetings, working groups, reviews, and after-action assessments.
- Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Research supply-chain issues and develop recommendations based on available operational data.
- Support inventory management, supply planning, transportation, warehouse, and distribution analysis.
- Perform additional logistics analysis duties as assigned.
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience preferred, with demonstrated experience sufficient to perform the responsibilities of the position.
- Demonstrated experience with Army/DoD logistics information systems is strongly preferred, including GCSS-Army, STAMIS, LMP, APAS, i3
Log, or other applicable Army logistics systems. - Experience with forecasting, demand planning, inventory analysis, supply availability, or related supply-chain functions.
- Experience developing reports, analytical products, briefings, dashboards, or presentations for management or Government customers.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to identify trends and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience working in a U.S. Army, Department of Defense, or Government logistics environment is strongly preferred.

Log, or Material Trac;m;kers is strongly preferred. - Ability to obtain and maintain required Government installation access, background screening, security clearance, and system access requirements.
