Supply Chain Management Site Operations Manager

Leads the Redstone analytical and systems-development workforce and translates Government priorities into controlled daily execution. Assigns and monitors analytical workloads; oversees logistics/data analysis, forecasting, reporting, data quality, development/integration, and technical reviews; coordinates issues with the PM and Government. Manages receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations at Fort Bliss, TX, and provides supply chain management and analysis support at Redstone Arsenal, AL to include forecasting, demand planning, data analytics, and process improvement initiatives.

Operates standard Army network systems, including STAMIS, LMP, GCSS-Army, APAS, IGE/GTN, i3

Log, and Material Trackers. Provides expertise in supply concepts, inventory management, and trend analysis, and supply operations of AMCOM ALC SCMD-supported systems. Analyzes current supply operations and recommend improvements for greater efficiency. Understands Army transformation initiatives and their impact on supply operations as part of the Objective or Future Force. Communicates technical inventory and supply information among users, HQ AMC, AMCOM, ALC, SCMD, PEOs, other Army Material Command (AMC) Life Cycle Management Commands (LCMCs), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), other Department of War (DoW) services and agencies, DoW Disposition Service, Army DEPOTs, and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEMs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 7+ years leading analytical teams
• 3+ years DoD leadership
• Analytical-team leadership
• Problem solving ability
• Experience in an Army/DoD logistics environment with workload, quality, and performance management
• SECRET clearance or eligibility
