Maintenance Supervisor – Cabana Apartment Homes | Huntsville, AL
We’re offering a rent‑free apartment, generous bonuses, and unbeatable benefits for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor ready to make an impact.
Sign‑On Bonus- $500 at 90 days
- $750 at 6 months
- $750 at 12 months

- Oversee all building and grounds maintenance
- Complete service requests and unit turnarounds
- Supervise and schedule maintenance team and vendors
- Maintain safety standards (OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing)
