Lead Cleaner

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Lead Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will take the lead on cleaning tasks, help ensure high-quality results at every job site, and support the team with training and guidance when needed. • Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and trash removal
• Lead and support cleaning team members during scheduled jobs
• Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company standards for quality
• Track supplies and communicate when restocking is needed
• Follow safety guidelines and proper use of cleaning equipment
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Report any issues, damages, or special client requests
• Help train new cleaners on procedures and expectations

• Previous cleaning experience required; leadership experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks
• Reliable transportation required
