Manager Trainee

This position is involved in business decision making, strategic planning and sales growth and will involve learning various aspects of truck dealership operations. This is a fast paced environment with high expectations where you are rewarded for doing exceptional work. Opportunities for advancement may develop in any of our locations and you must be willing to relocate to any of our locations.

• Provide timely feedback to all members within the organization as well as external vendors and customers
• Provide hands on support to team members
• Proven ability to lead a team of people with different personalities and skillsets
• Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge of Excel
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Related Field
