Responsibilities- Direct management of assigned HOA/Condominium communities
- Serve as primary advisor to Boards of Directors
- Budget preparation and financial review
- Vendor contract oversight and capital project coordination
- Governing document enforcement and statutory compliance
- Meeting facilitation and board reporting
- Regular site inspections and property oversight
- 5+ years of Community Association / HOA / Condo management experience
- Demonstrated portfolio management experience
- Strong financial literacy (budgets, reserves, variance review)
- Vendor negotiation and contract oversight experience
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- CMCA®, AMS®, or PCAM® preferred (or working toward designation)
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
