Program Management Specialist (Level
5)
to join our PAC-3 team in Huntsville, Alabama
.

The PAC-3 program is experiencing rapid growth and capacity expansion, presenting a unique opportunity to join one of our four Integrated Product Teams (IPT) Seeker, Processor, Power Assembly, and Gimbal. This role will serve as an IPT Deputy Program Manager (PM) reporting directly to the respective IPT Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of each IPT and its leader.

Key Position Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Integration
    • Implement Program Management Best Practices to ensure performance aligns with our strategic objectives

    • Establish and communicate clear objectives and goals to ensure a unified direction across teams

  • Performance Oversight
    • Provide technical, cost, and schedule performance oversight for the program

  • Collaboration & Relationship Building
    • Develop and leverage collaborative relationships within and outside the organization to achieve work goals

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Shift

This position is for 1st shift.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • More than 5 years of experience in a leadership role (i.e., manager, project manager, team lead, etc.)
  • More than 5 years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
  • More than 5 years of experience in Program Management or IPT Leadership including cost, schedule and technical management

Travel

Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.
