Bilingual Production Supervisor (English/Spanish)

Location: Lincoln, AL

Relocation: Available for the right candidate

Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Mandatory overtime required; must be available to work every other Saturday as needed

About the Opportunity Our client, a well-established manufacturing organization, is seeking an experienced Bilingual Production Supervisor to lead and support production teams in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, and productivity while developing high-performing teams and ensuring production targets are met. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in supply chain/manufacturing leadership who thrive in structured, high-performance environments.

• Supervise, train, and coach production employees on daily operations and safety procedures
• Communicate effectively in English and Spanish across teams and leadership levels
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing, materials, or processes as required
• Enforce safety policies and regulatory standards
• Complete shift reporting, documentation, and performance tracking
• Provide feedback and support employee development
• Uphold quality, safety, and workplace organization standards
• Support maintenance initiatives and continuous improvement projects
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Lead process improvement and workplace efficiency initiatives
• Maintain accurate company records in line with policies and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 3–5 years of manufacturing/production experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety regulations

• Strong project planning and organizational skills
• Professional communication skills in both languages

• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, communication, and computer use
• Occasional lifting (up to approximately 40 lbs)
• Exposure to changing priorities and production deadlines
• Routine shift schedule with periodic overtime
