Robot Operator - Huntsville

Starting Payrate: $23.46

Once First Step is Achieved - $32.09

Shift: Evening Shift, Monday - Friday.

As a Robot Operator you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need it. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Eligibility:
Only U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and political asylees or refugees are eligible to apply.

• Operate and maintain robotic systems in a production environment
• Perform programming and adjustments beyond routine operations
• Troubleshoot and optimize robotics for efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Participate in offsite training as required

• Prior experience working with robots (Programming, adjusting, troubleshooting)
• Experience with Fanuc Roboguide software strongly preferred
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies through training
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Willing to work overtime as needed

• Offsite Training will be required
