Georgia-Pacific is now hiring Production Associates to join our Corrugated facility in Huntsville, AL starting Tues., Jan. 20, 2026
!

• Starting at $21.64
  /hr. with earning potential up to $25.89
  /hr. as early as Week 2!
• 2nd Shift Differential - $1 per hour
• 3rd Shift Differential - $1 per hour
• Additional pay increases based on skills and contribution to plant performance

• Open to candidates flexible for any shift, including overtime, holidays, and weekends
• Currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift only; no 1st shift available
• First 2 weeks orientation on 1st shift (7 am‑3 pm); thereafter assigned 2nd or 3rd shift

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM‑3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM‑11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM‑7:00 AM (Starts Sunday night)

• Safely assist in the production of corrugated boxes for valued customers

• Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets
• Monitor and/or entry into computer control systems
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production
• Perform basic asset care duties, routine preventative maintenance, and clean work area
• Teamwork to meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals
• Operate and/or work around mobile equipment
• Strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment
• Tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and/or pulling for up to 12 hours a day, in a loud/noisy, industrial, high‑volume environment

• Experience in a manufacturing, agricultural, warehouse, military, or similar environment OR completion of post‑high‑school education in manufacturing/industrial

• Experience with a computer, tablet, or smart device
• Experience working in the corrugated packaging industry
