Based in Huntsville, AL 35803, we’re adding a precision-minded CNC professional who knows their way around mills and lathes and takes pride in doing it right the first time.

• Set up and operate CNC milling and turning equipment to meet print requirements.
• Read blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to determine machining strategies.
• Verify dimensions and tolerances using gauges and measurement tools.
• Diagnose issues, adjust tooling/offsets, and keep machines running optimally.
• Record process details and maintain accurate production documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and sustain an orderly, clean work area.

• High school diploma or equivalent; machining trade school or certification preferred.
• At least 5 years of CNC experience on both mills and lathes.
• Working knowledge of CNC programming principles and G-code.
• Skill with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and related instruments.
• Fluency in reading blueprints and technical documentation.
• Detail orientation, strong troubleshooting ability, and team communication skills.
