** We are seeking an Electro‑Mechanical Technician to join our Maintenance team in Huntsville, AL. This role supports our high‑volume STERLING*
* ** Vikrell*
* ** tub and shower manufacturing operations across our Production and Distribution facilities.*
* ** Crafting Excellence:
Your Responsibilities*
* + Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems (duties assigned based on skill level).

+ Assist with installation, adjustment, and rebuilding of machinery and components.

+ Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and basic diagnostics; escalate complex issues as needed.

+ Interpret mechanical and/or electrical drawings, sketches, and verbal instructions.

+ Support mold repair activities such as cleaning, adjustments, and minor component replacements (Level‑specific for advanced repairs).

+ Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and effectively.

+ Maintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and documentation.

+ Identify potential equipment issues and notify appropriate maintenance staff or leadership.

+ Perform general facility/grounds support tasks such as insulating pipes, protecting surfaces, and basic building upkeep.

+ Maintain tools, inventory supplies, and follow all safety, SOP, and LOP requirements.

+ Collaborate with team members and assist less experienced technicians when needed.

+ Perform other duties as assigned based on skill level and operational needs.

+ Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.

+ Must be at least 18 years old.

* + Mechanical proficiency and willingness.

+ A minimum of 2 years of experience in Maintenance.

+ Associates degree in Electro-Mechanical technology or equivalent desired

+ Competency demonstrated through technical testing.

+ Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing production processes.

+ Forklift experience preferred.

Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 45-106 pounds or more. WORKING CONDITIONS-Heavy industrial environment, including, but not limited to exposure to heat, cold, dust, dirt.
