A leading defense technology provider in Huntsville, AL, is seeking an SMT Team Leader for their Defense Systems Electronic Manufacturing Facility. The role involves managing SMT lab operations and ensuring quality Printed Circuit Board Assemblies production. Candidates must have 3-5 years of SMT experience, strong team collaboration skills, and the ability to tackle technical challenges. Certifications such as IPC-610 or J-STD-001 are preferred.

This position requires US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
