Spherion - - Responsibilities:
Precision Execution:
Set up and operate plasma spray coating booths and CNC/robotic cells to fabricate high-spec aerospace and nuclear parts;
Automation Management:
Program and maneuver Yaskawa Motoman DX100 and NX100 robots to ensure perfect coating distribution;
Technical Documentation:
Maintain meticulous records of job parameters, run times, and quality results to meet strict industry standards;
Workflow Integration:
Independently prioritize tasks based on changing production needs and deadlines;
Operational Excellence:
Utilize metal-working equipment, furnaces, and open flames safely; maintain a clean workspace using 5S standards
