Our client, a leader in manufacturing and precision engineering, is seeking a dedicated CNC Operator to join their team. As a CNC Operator, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: CNC Operator
Location: HUNTSVILLE, AL
Pay Range: $22.00 per hour
Shift: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM
What's the Job?- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components
- Understand and follow CNC programs to ensure accurate manufacturing
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Use precision measuring instruments to verify quality standards
- Apply machine shop mathematics to support manufacturing processes
- Trade school training, mechanical background, or experience operating CNC machines preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Physical ability to stand for 8‑10 hours and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Good verbal communication skills for testing and interviews
