At Blue Origin, we envision millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. We’re working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight! This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance.

This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. As part of a hardworking team of specialists, technicians, and engineers, you will plan and prepare manufacturing production schedules and departmental workflows to establish the sequence and lead time of each production operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders. You will expedite operations that delay schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.

You will analyze plant capacity and production requisition data to determine manufacturing processes and required resources and prepare production reports. This role operates in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment where priorities shift rapidly and speed of execution is critical. You'll join a team that genuinely enjoys working together and takes pride in what it builds. Our culture is collaborative, hands‑on, and built on trust.

Leaders are present on the floor, ideas are welcomed from every level, and teammates step in to help before being asked. We move fast, celebrate wins together, and treat setbacks as opportunities to learn rather than assign blame. If you thrive on solving real problems alongside people who care deeply about doing great work, you'll fit right in.
