The Manufacturing Operations Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Huntsville, AL. This role oversees daily manufacturing activities, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards. The supervisor coordinates production schedules, assigns tasks, and monitors workflow to align resources with demand. They enforce quality control procedures, track performance metrics, and implement process improvements to optimize operations.

The role also involves coaching and mentoring team members, facilitating clear communication across shifts and departments, and collaborating with engineering, logistics, and quality teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement.

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Candidates should possess Production Planning skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, including adherence to standards, inspection processes, and root-cause analysis.
• Candidates should possess Manufacturing Operations skills, including knowledge of production workflows, safety practices, and process optimization.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in electronics or telecommunications manufacturing, familiarity with lean or Six Sigma methodologies, and proficiency with manufacturing software or ERP systems.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
