Are you comfortable switching between a 2–4 axis lathe and a 5+ axis VMC?

If you answered yes, you might be the CNC pro we’re looking for. We’re hiring for both day and night shifts.

Role highlights

Set up and operate CNC turning and milling centers to meet engineering specifications.

Interpret prints, technical drawings, and CAD models to define tooling, work holding, and cut strategy.

Conduct in‑process and final inspections to verify dimensions and tolerances.

Troubleshoot alarms, surface finish issues, and dimensional drift; perform routine maintenance.

Log part counts, offsets, and process notes for repeatability and traceability.

Comply with all safety procedures; keep machines and surrounding areas organized.

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; machining trade school or certification preferred.
2+ years working as a CNC machinist on both mills and lathes.

Solid grasp of CNC programming concepts and G‑code edits.

Comfort with precision metrology (micrometers, calipers, gauges) and GD&T callouts.

Ability to read and apply technical documentation and blueprints.

Clear communicator with strong teamwork and problem‑solving habits.
