This independent community hospital is seeking a committed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Primary Care team. • Outpatient Primary Care at clinic attached to the hospital
• Strong clinical and administrative support allowing you to focus on your care
• Enjoy a great lifestyle with moderate 1:5 call with very low call volume
• Manageable patient volume of 10-12 patients per day, allowing meaningful patient relationships
• Physician Assistants are encouraged to apply
• Epic EMR

• Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $165,000
• Guaranteed base salary plus significant production bonus
• Additional call coverage is available with significant compensation
• Signing bonus and CME stipend
• 4+ weeks of PTO, additional sick leave, and 5 days of CME
• Additional Emergency Medicine coverage available with significant additional compensation
