Registered Nurse – Madison County Detention Center, Alabama

Full Time | 5:45 AM to 6:30 PM

Rotating Schedule Including Every Other Weekend

One facility, one team. No rotating hospital units. No mandatory floating.

• Deliver direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, treatments, and emergency response
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and correctional personnel
• Educate patients and promote wellness while ensuring quality, compassionate care
• Follow established clinical protocols and maintain compliance with company and facility standards

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alabama
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Correctional nursing experience welcomed but not required; training and support will be provided
