• Provide direct nursing care and oversee clinical operations during the evening shift.
• Serve as the lead nurse and clinical resource for staff and patients.
• Assess, treat, and monitor patients while ensuring continuity of care.
• Coordinate with facility staff and healthcare providers to deliver quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Promote a positive, professional, and patient-centered environment.

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Alabama.
• Previous leadership or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while leading a team with confidence and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
