Administer PRN medications under supervision of licensed nurse or physician;
Pour, pass, and document routine prescribed medications and PRN medications as instructed;
Document all PRN medications according to State Standards;
Observe and report reactions and side effects to the licensed nurse;
Count narcotics at the discretion of the charge nurse and document on medication sheets
