• Direct Patient Care
  :
  Provide comprehensive primary care, including health assessments, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Preventive Medicine
  :
  Focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and patient education.
• Clinical Collaboration
  :
  Work within a multidisciplinary team of physicians, medical assistants, and social workers.
• EMR Documentation
  :
  Maintain accurate and timely patient records in our Electronic Health Record system (athenaOne).
• Community Engagement
  :
  Participate in health fairs and outreach events to raise community health awareness.

• Education
  :
  Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Licensure
  :
  Active, unrestricted Alabama Nurse Practitioner license.
• DEA Registration
  :
  Federal DEA, and Alabama State Controlled Substance Registration required.
• Certification
  :
  National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC) as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
• Certifications
  :
  Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience
  :
  Minimum of 4 years of primary care experience is required.

• Salary
  :
  Competitive annual salary (starting at $90,000 and depending on experience).
