Grand Oaks Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is hiring a Clinical Care Coordinator to enhance resident care. This full-time position offers a $12,000 sign-on bonus and competitive wages ranging from $44.45 to $50.45 per hour, plus additional pay until 09.30.25.
