Overview
Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation; responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices; collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
QualificationsEducation: Graduate of an School of Professional Nursing; must provide documented evidence to perform waived testing
Licenses/Certificates:License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alabama.
Current BLS certification
We are a Healogics managed, award winning wound care center. We are looking for an RN Case Manager to coordinate and provide care for our patients. It is a full-time position with expected hours Monday - Thursday and Fridays +/- depending on patient volumes and clinic needs. We are looking for a nurse with a positive attitude who is passionate about providing excellent patient care.
