We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team.

Position Overview

As a CNA
, you play a vital role in supporting residents’ daily needs and overall well-being. You’ll work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure residents receive safe, respectful, and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
  • Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning residents
  • Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition, behavior, or health status to nursing staff
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents
  • Document care provided and observations in accordance with facility policies
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines
Qualifications
  • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of employment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in long‑term care or healthcare preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to high-quality resident care
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to varying shift schedules
  • Current CPR certification preferred
