Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated Full Time LPN to join our healthcare team at the Madison County Detention Center in Alabama. Working nights doesn't mean putting your nursing career on hold.

You'll have the opportunity to provide essential healthcare to a unique patient population while working alongside a supportive medical team. Your nights are worth more with a shift differential.

As a correctional LPN, you'll provide hands-on nursing care while helping ensure patients receive timely, compassionate, and appropriate medical attention.

• Performing nursing assessments and monitoring patient conditions
• Administering medications and treatments
• Responding to urgent and emergent medical needs
• Recognizing changes in patient conditions and communicating them appropriately
• Maintaining accurate and timely electronic medical records
• Providing patient education and supporting continuity of care
• Following established clinical protocols and standards of care
• Collaborating with nurses, providers, and correctional staff

What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted Alabama LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Correctional healthcare experience is welcomed, but not required
• Professional, compassionate approach to patient care
