Description:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing safe, compassionate, and evidence-based patient care. The RN assesses patients, develops and implements individualized care plans, administers medications and treatments, monitors patient conditions, and collaborates with physicians and the healthcare team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assess patients' physical and emotional needs and document findings accurately. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans. Administer medications, IV therapy, treatments, and other nursing interventions as ordered. Monitor vital signs, patient conditions, and changes in clinical status. Recognize and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.
Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current BLS certification from an approved provider.
