Behavioral Health Group (BHG) seeks a compassionate Dosing Nurse (LPN) to support patients in our methadone program. You will screen, administer methadone, monitor responses, and document progress with a patient-centered approach.
This on-site role runs 5:00 AM–1:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with no nights or Sundays and a pay range of $25.00–$28.00 hourly plus bonuses and growth opportunities.
