The Quality Control Manager (QCM) ensures compliance and performance excellence across all CJ3 IT Systems and COP Management tasks. This role owns the Quality Control Program (QCP) and ensures services are delivered in accordance with the PWS, QASP, and Government performance standards in a TS/SCI operational environment.

• Develop and manage the Quality Control Program (QCP) for CJ3 IT and COP support
• Conduct audits, inspections, and performance evaluations
• Produce monthly Quality Control Reports (QCRs) with metrics and trend analysis
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Interface directly with Government personnel on quality and compliance issues
• Support mission essential and contingency operationsessential and contingency operations

• Experience managing quality control programs on DoD or federal contracts
• Strong audit, reporting, and documentation skills
• Familiarity with QASP driven performance monitoringdriven performance monitoring

Note: This position may be combined with another key role, with government approval.

• OCONUS experience is highly desirable.
