Job Description Summary
Our Madison site supports manufacturing and engineering operations focused on patient care and anesthesia delivery. Teams here work across quality, design, and production – helping ensure the products that reach healthcare providers uphold industry requirements to ensure patient safety and clinician approval.
Essential Responsibilities- Provide technical support to engineers during the design and development of manufacturing processes.
- Assist in creating and modifying facility layouts and production floor plans.
- Conduct equipment testing to ensure proper functionality and performance.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and identify solutions to routine technical issues.
- Document test procedures, results, and findings accurately.
- Support process improvement and equipment validation activities.
- Follow established engineering and manufacturing standards, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to support production objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-1 year of general work experience.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technical procedures.
- Ability to perform equipment testing and troubleshooting activities.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under close supervision.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with standard office software.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Moderate understanding of general technical and manufacturing concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Reports to a Supervisor or Manager. Works under the close direction and guidance of senior personnel within the functional area.
