This position is for 2nd shift and will provide an 8% shift differential for the hours worked from 2:00pm CT to 12:00pm CT.
What You Will Do- Performs receiving inspection activities.
- First Article Inspection support activities.
- Prepares reports and maintains records as required. Meets necessary certifications as required.
- Performs incidental related duties as assigned or required. Person must have a proven track record performing quality assurance inspections with minimal oversight.
- Must be able to perform configuration verification of all levels of assemblies/hardware.
- Must know how to verify that all operations have been completely performed and accepted, including but not limited to acceptance testing.
- Must be able to verify all entries in Factory Operating System have been completed and closed correctly at all configuration levels.
- Responsivity to recognize and enforce compliance of Raytheon Policies and Procedures.
- High Touch, In-person Inspection responsibilities, critical for quality assurance inspection
- Factory has 2 shifts.
- Occasional overtime offered and willingness to participate in first shift schedule to accommodate training requirements
- Minimum educational requirement High School Diploma or GED equivalent and 10 years of experience OR Associates Degree and 8 years of QA inspection or manufacturing experience
- Previous experience with electro-mechanical assemblies.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. Government issued security clearance prior to start date.
- Must be experienced performing inspections, using assembly instructions, and reading engineering drawings. Demonstrated understanding of engineering drawings (reading and interpreting).
- Must be proficient in the understanding of torque and assembly methods/processes.
- Must have customer selloff experience; foster excellent working relationships with internal/external stakeholders (ex. DCMA).
- Familiar with SAP and/or PRISM
- Solid understanding of Quality and Engineering Principles, must be capable of communicating quality and engineering criteria/issues to all levels of factory personnel.

The salary range for this role is 60,000 USD - 114,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
