Senior Quality Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to lead preventive quality engineering, systemic problem-solving, and customer quality execution across the product lifecycle. You'll drive complex investigations, own robust corrective actions, and partner cross-functionally to keep manufacturing and support processes capable, compliant, and continuously improving.

This role carries significant autonomy — the focus is root cause elimination, data-driven decisions, and sustained process capability, not inspection or admin compliance.

• Lead quality engineering response for customer issues, complaints, and audits
• Drive cross-functional root cause investigations using structured methods (e.g., 8D)
• Ensure corrective actions target true systemic causes, verify effectiveness, and feed lessons learned into standard work
• Apply advanced quality tools (SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, DOE, MSA) to analyze trends and risks
• Partner across functions to implement sustainable process improvements; represent quality in design, change, and failure reviews
• Build dashboards and KPIs to support leadership and customer decision-making
• Mentor quality engineers and drive outcomes through technical influence

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of aerospace or similar regulated-environment quality engineering experience
• Six Sigma, CQE, or similar certification preferred
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or political asylee/refugee
