The Leasing and Marketing Professional will play a central role in maintaining and promoting the lease-up and occupancy of residential properties. Responsibilities include showcasing properties to potential residents, coordinating marketing efforts, building and maintaining tenant relationships, and processing lease documentation accurately. The professional will also liaise with the property management team to ensure a smooth tenant experience. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Huntsville, AL.

• Strong leasing and sales abilities, with effective communication and negotiation skills
• Marketing and promotional skills, including experience in digital and social media marketing
• Administrative skills, including attention to detail, organization, and experience with lease documentation
• Team collaboration and customer service skills to ensure effective interactions with tenants, clients, and colleagues
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to meet goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while remaining detail-oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in property leasing, marketing, or residential real estate is an advantage
