Requirements:

• Shift Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, and monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a great shift.
• Help departments meet their goals and, when applicable, meet targets during shifts.
• Direct tasks such as food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, scheduling, training, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Maintain safety and security and ensure high-quality food production.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast-paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.

• $16.50/hr to $22.00/hr starting pay
