Blue Oak BBQ is a fun, fast-paced BBQ spot with amazing food, a strong bar program, and big game-day energy. We’re looking for a hands‑on Restaurant Manager who thrives in the action and is ready to jump in when needed.
This is a leadership role for someone who loves hospitality, runs a tight shift, and keeps the vibe high.
What You’ll Do:- Lead and motivate the FOH team
- Run smooth, high‑energy shifts
- Jump behind the bar when needed (bartending experience strongly preferred)
- Manage scheduling, labor, and daily operations
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- 2+ years restaurant management experience
- Strong bar background preferred
- Serv Safe certified (or willing to obtain immediately)
- High-volume experience is a plus
- Calm under pressure (especially on game days)
- Organized, dependable, and team-focused
