Moe's Southwest Grill - - Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability;
Develop all team members by providing ongoing feedback and conduct performance reviews;
Ensure Serv Safe certification and enforce sanitary practices for food handling and cleanliness;
Maintain staffing plans, interview prospective employees and ensure the four steps of staffing;
Adhere to Sterling standards and analyze monthly P&L to increase profitability
