Manager in Training _ Part Time

Hibbett Sports -  - Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in controlling the assets and overall store operations.;
Promote and sell services and merchandise while providing outstanding customer service.;
Assume supervisory responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence and supervise, interview, and train employees.;
Manage inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability across departments.;
Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met and communicate inventory movement and customer trends to management.
