Retail Sales Associates are ambassadors of the Burlington brand, stationed at the front lines of our mission to provide world‑class service to our customers. You will greet and assist customers, keep the sales floor neat and organized, and support the management team with day‑to‑day store operations. Associates may be assigned to any or all of the following departments:
Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

• Assist customers in locating merchandise when needed.
• Help with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Ring up sales at registers and/or bagged merchandise.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager from time‑to‑time.
