Do you have a passion for retail excellence, customer satisfaction, and creating outstanding in-store experiences? Huntsville Coca-Cola is seeking a highly motivated Market Quality & Brand Excellence Coordinator to ensure our products are always fresh, appealing, and ready for consumers.
This is more than a merchandising role. You'll be the eyes and ears of our market, helping protect product quality, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure our brands are represented at the highest level.
What You'll DoAs a Market Quality & Brand Excellence Coordinator, you will:
- Monitor product freshness and quality across retail locations to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Conduct regular market audits to verify product rotation, inventory levels, and display conditions.
- Apply First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory practices to maximize freshness and minimize waste.
- Partner with merchandising teams to maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing beverage displays.
- Identify opportunities to improve product availability and presentation within customer locations.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to support high-demand products.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer service and addressing product quality concerns.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to support promotions, seasonal programs, and new product launches.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, company policies, and quality assurance standards.
- 3-5 years of retail, sales, marketing, merchandising, or customer service experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
- Experience with inventory management or retail operations preferred
- Project management experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
