- Verify phone numbers, email and residential addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Quote 4 new households per day.
- Minimum of 100 outbound calls
- Maintain monthly team and individual goals
- 2 referrals per month
- 5 google reviews per month
Hourly + commission
This role involves working closely with an Account Representative to support customer outreach and data collection efforts.
The starting salary for this position is $15 per hour, with additional commission opportunities. Furthermore, once all necessary licenses have been obtained, there is potential to increase the hourly rate to $19.
