We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves actively engaging with clients, identifying opportunities, and driving sales growth through a combination of field visits and remote communication. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English, and a proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Sales Execution- Identify and reach out to prospective clients through cold calls, networking, and field visits
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable products/services
- Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and product demos
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Develop territory sales plans and update progress regularly
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Provide prompt responses to customer queries and post-sales support
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and service coordination
- Address issues proactively and liaise with internal teams for resolution
- Dispatch coordination
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and deals in GEN ERP (CRM tool)
- Provide timely reports on sales activities, forecasts, and achievements
- Keep client information accurate and up-to-date
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to align on customer needs
Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent communication in Telugu, Hindi, and English
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Familiarity with the complete sales cycle and field sales strategies
- Proficiency in GEN ERP, Google Sheets, and mobile communication tools
- Self‑motivated, result‑oriented, and comfortable with target‑driven roles
- Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales is an advantage
