Salary: $42k Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE $70k)
About the RoleMAD Security is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR/Setter) to be the first line of engagement with potential customers. This role is focused on qualifying leads, conducting outbound prospecting, and securing meetings for our Account Executive team - not closing deals. SDRs serve as the connection between Marketing and Sales, building a predictable pipeline and helping MAD Security scale.

- Conduct targeted outreach via phone and CRM automation to prospective clients.
- Use our parallel dialer and CRM sequences to manage high-volume activity efficiently and smartly.
- Qualify both inbound and outbound leads according to our ideal customer profile and criteria.
- Set and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives with context from engagement.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow‑up tasks, supporting pipeline health and forecasting.
- Participate in ongoing skills development and coaching to refine your approach.
- Meetings set per month
- Meetings attended by prospects
- Quality of leads qualified (internal feedback)
- Engagement conversion rates – not just raw activity numbers
This ensures that your work directly fuels MAD Security’s sales goals and builds sustainable pipeline growth.
What we expect from you, Responsibilities- High work ethic (Monday-Friday)
- Follow our proven sales process
- Train with your coach daily
- 5+ hours of dialing per day
- Manage your pipeline & follow up properly
- Admin work for data collection
- Be a team player
- 12 sets per week
- 70% show rate
- 12 qualified opportunities per month
- 6mo+ experience in an SDR/BDR role OR general sales
- Self‑sufficient and able to properly manage one's own time
- Open to learning new processes in sales
- Exceptional over the phone (this is a requirement)
- Excellent communication skills
- A professional, structured SDR program designed to develop career sales talent

- Our closers make $150-$200k+, top performing setters are eligible for promotion.
