The Red Bull Energy Expert is responsible for promoting Red Bull sales in assigned accounts and developing new accounts.

Safely operate vehicles, keep vehicle and retail areas clean, deliver products (approximately 15 lbs per case), price and stock shelves and displays, and use proper lifting techniques.

• Conduct sales calls on all assigned accounts as scheduled.
• Sell and merchandise Red Bull products per company standards.
• Coordinate with retailers to balance order quantities.
• Utilize and improve the PIITCHER process regularly.
• Assist team members with PIITCHER training.
• Communicate with the sales team about deliveries and promotions.
• Use POS and sales data effectively to prevent stockouts.
• Request additional placements and promotional materials during sales calls.
• Maintain updated marketing and tracking charts daily.
• Participate actively in incentive programs.
• Replenish POS materials in your delivery vehicle daily.
• Build positive relationships with account owners and staff.
• Monitor competitive activity and pricing.
• Seek new placements and optimize shelf positioning.
• Train retailers on selling, merchandising, and pricing.
• Report competitive activity and price information to management.
• Share useful information during weekly meetings.
• Reconcile invoices, cash, and checks daily.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and manage out-of-date products.
• Keep your vehicle clean, maintained, and organized.
• Dress professionally and operate company equipment responsibly.
• Follow all company policies, local, state, and federal regulations.
• Report traffic violations, accidents, or injuries immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
