Deep South Construction Pros specializes in foundation repair and waterproofing solutions, providing high-quality services to homeowners and businesses. We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated
Outside Sales Representatives to join us. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who enjoys building relationships, helping clients find solutions, and achieving sales goals.
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting on-site inspections, preparing estimates, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities- Generate leads and establish relationships with potential customers through referrals, networking, and marketing efforts.
- Conduct on-site inspections to assess customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Prepare detailed estimates and present proposals to clients.
- Educate customers on available products, services, and financing options.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining profitability.
- Follow up with past and potential clients to provide outstanding customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and best practices.
- You may be required to assume other tasks or responsibilities not detailed on this list which may be requested from time to time at the Company's discretion.
- Experience:Previous experience in outside sales, preferably in roofing, construction, or home services, is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency:Experience using
CRM software
, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and Google Workspace. - Industry Knowledge:Understanding of residential and commercial
construction, foundation repairs, and waterproofing techniques
is a plus. - Sales
Skills:
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities. - Self-Motivated:Goal-driven with a competitive mindset and ability to work independently.
- Valid Driver’s License:Must have a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel locally.
- Full-Time:Monday – Friday, with some weekends required based on customer availability.
- Travel:This role involves frequent travel within the assigned sales territory.
- Physical Demands:Ability to enter and inspect crawl spaces as needed.
