Hiley Volkswagen of Huntsville, the #1 Volume Volkswagen Dealer in Alabama, is looking to add a Volkswagen Brand Specialist to our family-owned and operated dealership. We are seeking smart, driven, and competitive individuals to join our dynamic sales team.

As a Brand Specialist, you will be an expert and enthusiast in everything Volkswagen. Your role will be to provide exceptional customer service, stay current with new automotive technologies, and maintain strong client relationships.

• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned Volkswagen vehicles, including personalized video presentations.
• Stay updated on product features, technology, and industry trends to provide expert guidance to clients.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referral business.
• Work closely with teammates to foster a positive and supportive work environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of both new and pre-owned automotive brands.
• Comfortable using technology, including creating videos for clients and sending professional emails.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic and team mentality.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Base Salary: $50,000 + Performance-Based Commission (Up to $100,000)
• Full-Time Position (8-hour shifts, 5-day workweek)
