• Engage with potential customers through networking, attending lead groups, lead follow‑ups, business to business and door to door sales.
• Educate homeowners on the advantages of smart home technology.
• Understand customer needs and recommend customized smart home solutions.
• Close sales and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Maintain strong client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the Success Manager and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
