Agriculture & Farming Logic Specialist - Intermediate (AI Community

Do you have a background in Agriculture or Plant Science
? AI is helping farmers predict weather, manage crops, and protect the environment. We need specialists who understand the land to check the AI's "Farming Logic." You don't need to be a tech expert—you just need to know what makes a farm successful.

• Crop Accuracy: Verify that the AI is giving correct advice on when to plant, water, or harvest specific crops.
• Pest & Disease : Look at images and help the AI correctly identify different plant diseases or common farm pests.
• Soil & Climate Checks: Ensure the AI's advice about soil health and fertilizer use is scientifically sound and safe for the environment.

Localized Advice:
Help the AI understand farming habits and weather patterns specific to your home region.

• Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or Botany

• Native Language:
  Native-level proficiency to assist with localized farming terms and regional knowledge.

English Proficiency:
Basic (B1) English to follow global project standards.

Assessment:
In order to be hired into our community, you'll go through a subject-specific qualification exam that will determine your suitability for the position and complete .

Payment:
Currently, pay rates for experts range from $10 - $20 USD per hour. Our Payment terms are defined for each project.
